Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

Withdrawal Period

You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, according to Article 9 of the Distance Contracts Regulation under Turkish Law No. 6502.

Conditions for Withdrawal

• The right to withdraw applies only if the service has not yet been rendered or activated.
• If you begin using or scheduling the health service within the 14-day period, the withdrawal right may be waived.

How to Withdraw

• You can request withdrawal by:
  • Using the Medborsa platform (through your account dashboard), or
  • Sending an email to: business@medborsa.com
• Once we receive your request, we will:
  • Cancel the transaction
  • Refund the full amount within 14 days using your original payment method

Exceptions (Non-Refundable Services)

• Services that are customized or on-demand (e.g. emergency diagnostics or express consultations) may not be refundable if explicitly agreed during purchase.
• Refunds apply only to unused services. If the service has been redeemed, withdrawal is no longer possible.
