body.Subject of the Agreement

body.This Agreement governs the provision of access via the Medborsa platform to a selection of discounted health services offered by third-party providers. It sets the terms for remote transactions conducted electronically.

body.Service Description

Medborsa provides curated access to health services such as diagnostics, therapy, consultations, and check-ups.
Services are offered by independent providers listed on the Medborsa platform.
Medborsa does not act as the direct provider of healthcare services.

body.Pricing and Payment

The buyer agrees to pay the service fees displayed at checkout.
Discounts applied via Medborsa are reflected in the final payment amount.
Payment is processed via secure online methods [credit card, etc.]

4️⃣ Right of Withdrawal

In compliance with Law No. 6502, the buyer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the service has not yet been rendered.
If the buyer begins using the service within the withdrawal period, the right to cancel may be waived.

5️⃣ Delivery & Activation

Upon purchase, the buyer receives an electronic confirmation and service voucher.
Activation may involve scheduling or redeeming services via third-party providers.

6️⃣ Data Privacy

Buyer data is processed in accordance with KVKK – Law No. 6698.
Medborsa will not share personal data except as necessary to fulfill service delivery or where required by law.

7️⃣ Liability

Medborsa acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for medical outcomes or the conduct of third-party providers.
Buyer agrees to resolve provider-specific disputes directly with the service provider.
